Viewing Trips

GlenAsia welcomes you to visit us in Thailand on one of our fully organised viewing trips. 

If you are already within Thailand, our complimentary One Day Tour is ideal, taking in both or one of Sunrise Beach and Tropical Beach resorts, for a full tour. We can arrange collection at your hotel in the Bangkok or Eastern Seaboard area for the drive to inspect the properties, a wnderful lunch and return at the end of the day. 

If you are visiting from abroad specifically to view one or both of our projects, our 4 Day Tour is ideal, with full inspections as well as ample time to relax and enjoy Thailand. You wll be met upon arrival from Bangkok airport, and taken by private car or minibus to the coast, where the resorts are located. Accommodation is provided for 3 nights at Sunrise Lodge Hotel, next to Sunrise Beach Resort, followed by the Novotel Hotel Rayong, in close proximaty to Tropical Beach Resort. Included is airport collection, transport to our resorts and return to the airport at the end of the trip.  

This 4 day tour is available for just €175 based on 2 adults sharing. For additional persons, contact us for details. In the event of property purchase this cost as well as your flight cost will be re-imbursed up to a maximum €1000 for two tickets. 

Our 4 Day Tour Itinerary


On day one, you will be met upon arrival at Bangkok's Suvarnabhum International Airport and driven to GlenAsia’s Sunrise Beach Resort. Accommodation is at the Sunrise Lodge Hotel with viewings of the resort and plenty of time for relaxation during the day and evening dinner.


On the second day we will take you onto Tropical Beach Resort and Residence in Rayong, a 1 and a half hour drive. At the development you will be greeted with some light refreshments followed by a inspection of the resort and individual properties. Accomodation is at the nearby Novotel Hotel. Upon request, accommodation on the island of Koh Samet is possible.  Please contact us for prices. 

The third day is a free day to relax and enjoy Thailand!  Further viewings of Tropical Beach or Sunrise Beach are, of course, available.

On the fourth and final day, you wil be returned to Bangkok for a free afternoon in the capital city. In the evening, you will be driven to the airport for your return flight.

Visa Information

Most visitors to Thailand do not need a visa for the first 30 days of their stay. If you plan to stay for a longer period, a visa may be required.
